Using this site

The site isn't working properly. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble assessing any of the material on this site, please email so I can troubleshoot the issue. In your message please include the URL relevant to the issue and as much information as you can share. For example the browser and device you are using when you experienced this complication and any error messages you may have received. You’re welcome to include a screen shot to help communicate what you experienced.

Why are the videos not playing or freezing?

Different browsers and devices handle playback differently and various browser add-ons and plugins may affect playback. Please e-mail me at with more information regarding your browser and device so I may help troubleshoot the issue for you.

Why can't I download the files?

I aim to make the material I share in my programs and free training as easy as possible for you to access. If you’re having trouble downloading the material, please e-mail with the error message you received so I may troubleshoot and send you the material.

How do I find which programs I belong to?

Click on the main top menu link called “Your Programs” or go to your “My Account” page. There you will see a list of all of the programs you currently have access to.

How do I log in to the membership site?

Billing + Account Info Questions

How can I update my methos of payment for my reoccuring billing profile?

Just login at and choose “Your Account” and then “Billing”. From this page, you can update your credit card on file or add new payment methods, and see when upcoming payments will process.

When does my Studio membership subscription renew?

Inside the members area, navigate to “Your Account” and then “Billing” to see all of your past orders and recurring subscriptions. From there, you’ll see all of the programs you’ve purchased and when your Studio membership will renew.
